The project transforms an existing building through a low-impact, circular approach, preserving its historic façade and structural clarity while limiting interventions.
The rear extension from 1982 is replaced with a new volume housing external circulation and terraces, improving daylight and strengthening the connection to the shared garden. Living spaces are oriented towards the inner block for sun, calm and cross-ventilation.
The scheme includes one accessible ground-floor unit and eight dual-aspect apartments, all with private south-west facing terraces. A terraced communal garden and rooftop planting enhance biodiversity and shared use.
A rational, sober architecture focused on comfort, durability and long-term adaptability.
