The project is structured as an assembly of cells with specific dimensions, each accommodating a part of the programme and responding to clearly defined uses. An economy of means and materials underpins the design, ensuring a controlled surface-to-cost ratio (1,000 €/m²) without sacrificing architectural quality. A lightweight timber structure provides a simple, flexible and rational system, well suited to the site’s steep slope, optimising costs and construction. Fragmented into simple volumes embedded in the terrain, the project organises uses and views while integrating sensitively into the landscape.
